Product Marketing Manager Position: Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Product Marketing Manager to drive the success of our products and solutions through compelling marketing campaigns and strategic go-to-market initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with RD, sales, and operations teams to launch new products and enhance the performance of existing ones. Staying ahead of industry trends and continuously evolving our marketing strategies will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new and existing products, driving customer awareness, adoption, and engagement.
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to support product roadmap and deliver on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and cross-selling goals.
- Create product positioning, value propositions, messaging, and testing plans tailored to target customer personas.
- Conduct customer intelligence research to understand buying criteria and create buyer journeys; regularly update and share personas.
- Work with sales to refine joint value propositions and messaging.
- Partner with brand and integrated marketing teams on outbound marketing strategies to drive awareness and long-term engagement.
- Stay updated on the competitive landscape and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Craft compelling, audience-specific messaging and content, including presentations, customer success stories, blogs, and videos.
- Utilize various channels (eg, email, webinars, social media) to effectively communicate with target audiences.
- Develop case studies and data points to showcase Inferenz products and solutions.
- Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of webinars and in-person events, including annual conferences.
- Oversee logistics for conferences and events where Inferenz participates as a sponsor or exhibitor.
- Gather and share industry insights with internal teams to inform marketing strategies.
- Own marketing analytics across all platforms and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with the Product team to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing or a similar role.
- Proven experience in copywriting, content creation, and campaign management.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing is a plus.
- Innovative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends.
