Presales Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Searching for tenders from tender details & procurement portals and downloading the eligible tenders.
• Prepare pre-bid queries for new tenders.
• Prepare Proposals - including screens and writeups. Screen wireframes using some wireframe tools will be done by you and the actual screens prepared by the designer.
• Prepare and maintain the tender status workflow sheet.
• Interact with management for costing & final commercial.
• Prepare & verify the technical bid before submission.
• Interact with the operation team to make solutions for the tender scope.
• Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFIs & RFP
• Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process
• Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
• Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes

Skills:

• EXTREMELY IMPORTANT (Must have skill): Experience in creating proposals for SOFTWARE, MOBILE APPS, WEB PORTALs, and websites.
• Experience with GeM Portal and other similar bidding portals.
• Experience in creating proposals by creating wireframes and designs with the help of the designer.
• Ability to understand the basic requirements of the application asked for in the RFP.
• Clarifying technical queries within the team.
• In charge of studying RFP; Scrutinize of eligibility criteria; Preparing- Pre-bid queries, pre-- pre-qualification documents, Technical Compliances, Datasheets, Solution documents, Commercials and submitting the bid online/offline.
• Managing the bid process by responding to RFIs & RFPs
• Matching the suitable product as per Customer / RFP requirement.
• Giving solutions based on Tender RFP details
• Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
• Coordination of payment collection.
• Preparing SLA ( Service Level Agreement)
