Category Lead MAAS (Manufacturing as a Service)

Purpose of the job:

1. Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Manufacturing as a Service vertical.

2. Lead and manage the procurement and BD functions, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

3. Oversee business development efforts, identifying new market opportunities and building relationships with key partners.

4. Manage sourcing operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and deliverables.

6. Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product offerings and strategies.

7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational performance.

8. Monitor and report on performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Who can apply:

- 8-18 years of experience in manufacturing industry with an experience of procurement, vendor management, business development, or related roles

- Extremely comfortable in traversing the 0 to 1 journey

- In-depth understanding of manufacturing/fabrication industry

- MBA from recognized educational institute (preferred)

- Strong English and Excel skills required

- Good interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively across different levels in organization

- Strong planning & organizational skills, with ability to work under tight deadlines
