Job Description
Looking 2+ yrs experienced in Night Shift
Your job responsibility is to carry out BPO- Night Shift Non Voice, EDI Order Processing.
Customer Support offline & online as required.
Sending Notification EDI Order Notification to the clients
Interaction with US clients / on site leads to firm-up requirements
Basic knowledge on any Domain - Retail, Apparel, Textile etc
Proven ability to work independently on projects
Basic Knowledge in EDI 850 Purchase Order
Basic Knowledge in EDI 860 Purchase Order
Basic Knowledge in EDI 856 ASN
Basic Knowledge in EDI 810 Invoice
Basic Knowledge in EDI and Ms-Office
Knowledge in MS-SQL
