Role & responsibilities

• Identify and analyse business needs, conduct requirements gathering, and define scope and objectives.
• Gathering and processing data to identify process performance areas.
• Implementing the client's project management framework as they deploy their assigned technology projects.
• Designing workflow and process strategies to improve business performance.
• Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
• Develop gap analysis with leaders and identify improvement opportunities and initiatives.
• Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
• Managing multiple cases at one time.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate degree.
• Knowledge of EDI, SQL, and Linux.
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Willing to work night shifts
