Senior Manager/Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - FMCG/Pharma (3-6 yrs)

A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager to join their FP&A team. Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, this role will support financial planning, analysis, and decision- making across the business, contributing to the company's financial growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans.

- Analyze financial performance, identify key drivers, and provide actionable insights.

- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.

- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Collaborate with cross- functional teams to provide financial guidance and support business decisions.

- Contribute to the development and improvement of financial models and reporting tools.

- Assist in managing financial risks and opportunities for the business.

Qualifications:

- CA or MBA

- 3- 6 years of experience in FP&A and business planning.

- Prior experience in Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Alco Bev industries is desirable

- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and reporting skills.
