Key Responsibilities:
- Lafit Stores Plan and execute the establishment of exclusive Lafit Lighting stores across India, from project initiation to launch.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure seamless execution and completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for store setup, design, and branding requirements.
Retail Branding:
- Oversee the implementation of retail branding collaterals based on approved creative designs.
- Ensure timely delivery and accurate placement of branding materials at retail outlets to uphold consistent brand presence.
- Conduct quality checks, gather feedback, and ensure improvements are made in coordination with vendors.
Events & Shows:
- Conceptualize and manage branded events such as dealer meets, electrician engagement activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Organize logistics for exhibitions and trade shows, including booth setup, promotional materials, and on-site coordination.
- Work closely with external vendors to guarantee timely and high-quality delivery of all event related assets.
Partner Engagement:
- Collaborate with the sales team to design distributor policies, seasonal schemes, and promotional offers.
- Foster strong relationships with dealers and distributors by providing consistent updates on product launches, marketing campaigns, and offers.
- Collect feedback from partners to refine strategies and improve the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's/masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in retail marketing, project management, or event coordination, preferably in the lighting or retail sector.
Skills:
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Knowledge of the lighting industry or retail marketing practices is an advantage.
