Role: The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for executing the sales and marketing plans, engaging with potential clients, ensuring the successful promotion of the project, and supporting business development efforts for acquiring new land and development projects.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients, provide project information , and arrange site visits.
Sales Execution: Follow up with leads, conduct meetings, and close sales deals.
Marketing Execution: Implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads.
Market Feedback: Collect and report market feedback and client preferences.
CRM Management: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Event Coordination: Coordinate events and promotional activities.
Business Development Support: Assist in identifying potential land acquisitions and new development opportunities.
Collaborate with the business development team to gather information and prepare proposals.
Follow up with leads and close sales deals.
Implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Identify and generate new sales leads.

Maintain and update the CRM system.

Qualifications:
Bachelordegree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.
Results-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
Experience in business development and real estate market analysis is a plus.
