Business Development Manager (Only Females)

Job Brief :

We are looking for a high-performing Sales and Business Development Managers to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets, providing guidance on operations management and strategic planning.
• Identify potential clients within the beauty industry, building strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive growth.
• Sales planning and ensuring revenue & profit targets are met
• Responsible for overall team management and Guiding team to do their targets
• Responsible for overall service orientation towards customers
• To ensure smooth running of Operations Management
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in B2C sales or business development, preferably from Wellness and Fitness Industry, Beauty , Healthcare, Banking, Retail and Insurance Industry
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets through effective team handling and target achievement.
• Strong understanding of sales development principles, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building techniques.
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and convincing skills for presenting complex ideas to clients at all levels.
