Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and dynamic Relationship Managers to join our Stock Broking division. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in client acquisition, sales, and cross-selling financial products within the stock broking industry. This role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting investment products such as Demat & Equity accounts, Insurance, PMS, and Mutual Funds.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients and drive sales for Demat and Equity accounts.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
  • Advise clients on equity portfolios and provide investment recommendations to generate brokerage revenue.
  • Cross-sell third-party products, including Insurance, PMS, and Mutual Funds.
  • Stay informed of market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes to guide clients effectively.
  • Ensure strict adherence to compliance, risk management policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Update clients on their orders and investment portfolio performance regularly.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to provide financial insights and drive engagement.
  • Proactively generate leads in open market environments to attract potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and achieve targets.Role & responsibilities


Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Finance, Economics, or related discipline preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales within the stock broking industry.
  • Strong understanding of stock market trading and financial products.
  • NISM certification is an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of revenue generation and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to assess client needs, risk tolerance, and recommend appropriate investment solutions.
  • Proficiency in portfolio analysis tools and CRM software.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Consistently contribute to overall sales and business growth.
