• Assist sales department acquire new accounts
• Manage staff performance to ensure required levels of productivity and organizational objectives are met
• Coordinate bookings , documentation , and execution of routings for assigned shipments while keeping in constant communication with the customer and Over seas agents.
• Obtain rate from over seas agents and airlines, liners.
• Negotiate rates.
• Ensure accurate and timely service to avoid penalties
• Responsible for Customer satisfaction.
• Air import freight forwarding / air import logistics forwarding / air import cargo forwarding / Sea import freight forwarding / Liners / CHA expert
