Key Responsibilities:
Performance Appraisal Design: Develop, implement, and manage the organizations performance management system, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.
Goal Setting and Tracking: Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to set individual and team goals that are measurable and aligned with business priorities.
Appraisal Process Management: Coordinate and oversee the performance review process, ensuring timely completion and consistency across the organization.
Employee Development: Identify areas for employee development based on performance feedback, and collaborate with HR training and development teams to provide relevant training.
Feedback & Coaching: Provide guidance to managers and employees on giving and receiving feedback, ensuring constructive and growth-oriented conversations.
Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on performance trends across the organization, analyzing data to identify areas of improvement and success.
Policy and Process Improvements: Continuously review and improve the PMS policies and processes, ensuring they are fair, transparent, and promote a high-performance culture.
Conflict Resolution: Address performance-related disputes and issues, providing support for managers and employees in resolving performance challenges.
Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for managers on performance evaluation, feedback techniques, and how to use performance management tools effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (X+ years) in human resources or performance management, preferably in an HR leadership role.
Strong knowledge of performance management best practices and frameworks.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
Proficiency in HR software and performance management tools (e.g., SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors).
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Certification in HR or Performance Management (preferred).Role & responsibilities
