Key Responsibilities /Performance Requirements:

  • All telephonic calls, email received reverts to be provided to the customer,
  • Registration of tickets in the issue logging system,
  • Answering any FAQ,
  • Any Login Related issues,
  • Any request for user id creation,
  • Master Updates,
  • Modification of any masters,
  • PDF related issues in terms of viewing,
  • Any report requests
  • Coordinate with architects and business analysts to determine functionalities, resolve issue and implement changes
  • Resolve and troubleshoot problems and issues.
  • Maintain timesheet and submit timely basis.
  • Maintenance of Servers & SQL Jobs.
  • Basic knowledge on .Net
