Job Summary:

- We are seeking a disciplined and experienced Operations Manager with a military background COL to oversee the operations of our CBG site.

- This role is based at the head office in Gurgaon but involves managing on-ground activities and coordinating with site teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

- The Operations Manager will leverage their leadership skills, operational expertise, and attention to detail to drive performance, maintain high safety standards, and ensure operational efficiency at our CBG facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Operations Management:

- Oversee daily operations at CBG Plant, ensuring compliance with operational standards and SOPs.

- Coordinate with on-site managers and teams to monitor productivity, safety, and compliance with project timelines.

Leadership and Team Coordination

- Provide leadership and guidance to on-site staff, fostering a disciplined and performance-oriented work culture.

- Act as a key liaison between the head office and site teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and addressing any operational challenges.

Safety and Compliance:

- Implement and monitor health and safety protocols across all CBG site to maintain a safe working environment.

- Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards as required by government and industry regulations.

Operational Planning and Execution

- Develop and execute operational plans to optimize site performance, minimize downtime, and achieve project milestones.

- Work closely with project management, procurement, and maintenance teams to coordinate resources and meet operational targets.
