Junior Human Resources Executive

Required Skills:

1. Strong communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi
2. Proficiency in Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, Pivots, IF functions, etc.)
3. Knowledge of Adrenaline software (preferred qualification)
4. Grooming and punctuality (clean shave mandatory)

Job Description:

1. Manage employee induction activities
2. Oversee employee onboarding
3. Handle gratuity, PF, and ESI enrollments
4. Conduct exit interviews and manage F&F closure
5. Facilitate employee probation activities
6. Coordinate departmental meetings
7. Prepare offer and appointment letters
8. Assist in performance appraisals
9. Maintain department headcount tracker
10. Manage employee files (in line with NABH guidelines)

Shift:
Rotational shifts, with every Sunday off

Salary:
₹20,000 - ₹25,000 (monthly gross)
