Your main mission will be to assist with the compliance of the Human Resources policies of the Human Resources department in Spain, ensuring that the HR services support operations by providing the company with personnel and facilitating its development through compliance with the different labor aspects; standardizing HR management and improving work efficiency, organizing, coordinating and completing the daily management of the department, in accordance with local laws and regulations. Your main functions will be: Participate in talent recruitment; publication of job offers in databases, CV screening, telephone interviews. Implement internal communication programs. Manage information on attendance, absenteeism Perform transactional tasks associated with people management. International visa management Document management Travel Management Any other tasks inherent to the position. Requirements We expect that the person joining must meet the following requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in languages, Experience: not required. Spanish: B2.
