Manager / Asst. Manager - Formwork

Planning and Coordination :

• Develop formwork execution plans in alignment with project schedules and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of formwork-related activities.
• Assess formwork requirements based on structural drawings and ensure proper resources are available.

Formwork Design and Implementation :

• Oversee formwork system selection, ensuring compatibility with design specifications and project requirements.
• Verify and approve formwork designs and layouts before execution.
• Supervise the installation, dismantling, and maintenance of formwork systems to ensure safety and efficiency.

Quality Assurance :

• Inspect formwork installations for compliance with quality standards and structural integrity.
• Ensure all formwork aligns with project specifications and applicable codes.
• Address any defects or inconsistencies in the formwork structure promptly.

Team Management and Training :

• Lead and supervise the formwork team, including subcontractors and skilled labor.
• Train the team on formwork safety practices, quality standards, and efficient methods.

Material and Equipment Management :

• Monitor formwork material inventory and ensure the timely procurement of materials and equipment.
• Optimize material usage to minimize wastage and reduce costs.
• Maintain a record of formwork assets and track their condition for reuse.

Safety and Compliance :

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement appropriate safety measures during formwork activities.
• Conduct regular safety audits and ensure the team adheres to established safety protocols.
