Job Description
- Planning and Coordination :
- Develop formwork execution plans in alignment with project schedules and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of formwork-related activities.

- Formwork Design and Implementation :
- Oversee formwork system selection, ensuring compatibility with design specifications and project requirements.
- Verify and approve formwork designs and layouts before execution.
- Supervise the installation, dismantling, and maintenance of formwork systems to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Quality Assurance :
- Inspect formwork installations for compliance with quality standards and structural integrity.
- Ensure all formwork aligns with project specifications and applicable codes.
- Address any defects or inconsistencies in the formwork structure promptly.
- Team Management and Training :
- Lead and supervise the formwork team, including subcontractors and skilled labor.
- Train the team on formwork safety practices, quality standards, and efficient methods.
- Material and Equipment Management :
- Monitor formwork material inventory and ensure the timely procurement of materials and equipment.
- Optimize material usage to minimize wastage and reduce costs.
- Maintain a record of formwork assets and track their condition for reuse.
- Safety and Compliance :
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement appropriate safety measures during formwork activities.
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure the team adheres to established safety protocols.
