BE Mechanical & NACE level 1 or 2
Understanding the surface treatment requirement, Reading the customer specification, prepare the procedure
Stage inspection of surface preparation & coating activities as per specification / inspection plan.
"Ensuring good Paint quality and Aesthetic looks of Painted components.
To observe and discharge efficient Paint shop management.
To maintain records of incoming material and to observe manpower allocation.
To oversee material procurement and handle painting as per production program.
To advise on technical aspects and modernize the painting process and paint shop.
To actively manage and supervise the whole management of paint shop
To meet the work targets and check various aspects like proper mixing of paint.
To maintain proper housekeeping practices.
To carry periodic overview and evolve an efficient, punctual, technically modernized and efficient system with higher tendency to give quality output.
To excel in efficient management and eliminate system bottlenecks.
To analyze proper working of system."
