Job Description
Supervising employees: Overseeing heat treatment equipment operators, setters, and tenders, and providing guidance and support when needed
Training new operators: Training new operators and processors, and overseeing their activities until they are familiar with the machinery and processes
Ensuring compliance: Ensuring compliance with company safety, quality, and quantity policies
Ensuring on-time delivery: Ensuring that work is completed promptly
Report: should be well-versed with HT reports and charts
other qualities required for Position
-Experience of handling huge gas fired furnace(bogie type and box furnaces)
-Knowledge of Heat treatment cycles such as quenching, normalizing, tempering
-Knowledge of hot job handling
-Knowledge of safety practices at heat treatment shop
-Knowledge of material properties
-Knowledge of thermocouples and recorders
-Knowledge of furnace operation
-Basic computer knowledge(ms office)
-ISO9001 &Energy ISO 500001
