Actions and targets pertaining to the entire gamut of HR at Site - (Generalist Role ) which includes:

• Working experience from Onboarding to Exit processes.
• Exposure to Campus recruitment
  
• Ensure achieving all the Targets of Talent acquisition, Performance Management System, Exit Process.
• Ensuring 100% completion of MIS at all times.
• Ensure compliance of statutory laws as applicable.
• Handling and achieving Employee Engagement targets
• Innovative actions year on Year to ensure achieving the Digital Score
• Exposure supporting the team on Data Analytics and working on various tools Viz. Power Bi
• Ensure processes compliance w. r. t People Process Management - viz. benefits administration, Payroll processing etc. .
