Areas of Exposure/ Work Background

• Should have MEP Consultancy & Developers working experience
• Design competency in ELV (Fire Alarm, PA, Security System, IT infrastructure for Data /voice/Security System, AV system, BMS, FTTx, Digitization and smart building automation feature implementation) system, Knowledgeable with relevant Statutory, Regulatory requirements etc.
• Awareness about latest trends in Digital System
• Familiar with NBC guidelines, IS, LEED requirements
• Awareness about ELV execution at project site.

• Familiar with MEP Design, capable of handling the in-house design deliverables for various Residential, Commercial, Mall, Hotel, Data Centre developments etc.

• Market Rate Assessment
• Innovative Technological Study
• Appointment of Consultants
• Consultancy Payment Certification
• Consultants Additional Fee Claims & Validation
• Tender Documentation
• Post Contract Administration
• CCD (Change Control Document), Quantity Survey & Validation
• Contractor s Submittal Review
• Construction Quality Audit
• Troubleshooting Support for Operational Plant issues
• Procurement & Contracts Strategy
• Best practices of the equipment installation and their commissioning checklists
• Periodic site visit to ensure quality of site execution work.
• Exposure to other building services viz, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and accordingly co-ordinate with related services activities.

• Implementation of sustainable practices related with ESG in designing

Software Skills

• Proficient in BIM/Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Skilled in creating standard calculation sheets in related equipment sizing.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
