Supervisor - Asset Management

Provide administration support to site team.
Coordinate with LTEH Head Office as per requirement

 Interact with clients, vendors, and visitors.
 Arrange Guest house/Hotel booking, transportation (pickup drop), etc for LTEH Team Vendors.
 Prepare Gate pass of LTEH, Sub-Contractor staff.
 Coordinate for HSE other Trainings.
 Coordinate LTEH VL personnel for measurement sheet, GRN against utilization of services.
Prepare Service completion note of reimbursement services and get sign off from LTEH VL User.
Coordinate for Vendor invoicing certification.
 Vendor s payment tracking follow up with concerned in LTEH.
Coordinate with Warehouse Manager for GRN of all reimbursement material after inspection done by VL user.
 Follow up with PSCM team for upcoming materials of reimbursement services PO (LTEH VL).
 Logistics Management as per Clients logistics policy requirement.
 Maintain record for LTEH. > Other tasks as assigned by Management as per Site / Contract requirement.
