Job Description
- Production Planning:
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure that products are manufactured on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with various departments such as procurement, quality control, and logistics to align production schedules with resource availability.
- Monitor production processes to ensure alignment with the planned schedule and make adjustments as necessary.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure that production demands are met without causing delays.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to manage the timely supply of materials.
- Implement inventory control techniques to reduce waste and optimize material availability.
- Process Optimization:
- Analyze production workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Suggest and implement methods to increase production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Work with the engineering team to design and implement process improvements.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all products meet the company s quality standards.
- Coordinate with the quality control department to address any quality issues that arise during production.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for production defects.

- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including schedules, outputs, and resource usage.
- Prepare reports for management on production performance, including key metrics such as efficiency, output, and downtime.
- Document any changes in production processes or schedules.

- Collaboration & Communication:
- Liaise with various departments to ensure that production plans align with overall business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss production progress and address any issues.

- Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure that all production activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Promote a culture of safety within the production team.
