Coordination and Communication

• Collaborate with engineering teams to verify technical requirements.
• Work with logistics teams to manage transportation and delivery schedules.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain procurement records, including contracts, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Generate reports on procurement status, cost analysis, and vendor performance.
