Job Description

Responsibilities: - Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within assigned territory.
- Team with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals.
- Perform effective online demos to prospects.
- Develop business through cold calls to new and current leads.
- Qualify all new sellers by analysing their offerings aligned with market needs.
- Ensure to manage all existing accounts through steady communication using client service skills.
- Manage and provide solutions to all issues related to customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals and achieve sales quotas.
- Good experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
