Tour Executive (Preferable Male)

To handle, supervise and coordinate all reservations (Hotel/Transport/Guides/Flight/Train bookings) and reservation related issues including negotiations of prices with suppliers i.e. Hotels, transporters and other suppliers in Inbound tour operations. The scope of work will also include assistance in airport transfers and co-ordination for bookings and ground operations. Responsibilities:

Reservation Management: Handling and coordinating all reservations for hotel, transport, guides, flight, and train bookings.
Price Negotiation: Negotiating prices with suppliers, including hotels, transporters, and other suppliers.
Inbound Tour Operations: Assisting with inbound tour operations, including airport transfers and ground operations.

Supervise and coordinate all reservation incluidng hotel, transport, guide, flight and trains AND has worked as transfer represntative for clienst airport arrival and departure airport transfers.
