We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a strong background in the structural or infrastructure industry.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience and a proven ability to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and project management skills to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
Collaborate with project teams, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of project activities.
Assist the Project Manager in planning project schedules, resources, budgets, and timelines.
Monitor project progress and update key stakeholders with reports on timeframes, risks, and issues.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to the management team.
Proactively identify and address project challenges and bottlenecks.
Assist in budget management, ensuring that project expenses are aligned with the allocated budget.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination within the structural or infrastructure industry.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and regulatory requirements.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with contract management and construction safety standards.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
Experience with large-scale infrastructure or structural projects.
Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
