Senior Program Manager

Job / Role Description:

We are searching for a highly qualified Senior Program Manager to help us maintain our position as a leader in driving Digital Health adoption in India. The ideal candidate will be a passionate individual with Digital Health knowledge and strong skills in developing and overseeing work plans. The Senior Program Manager will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels, ensuring that our goal of Digital Health adoption is being achieved.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage strategic Digital Health initiatives in collaboration with academic institutions, hospitals, and NGOs.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners such as IIT Bombay, Tata Memorial Centre, National Cancer Grid, RSSDI, and government agencies like the National Health Authorities.
• Plan, execute, and monitor multiple Digital Health projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
• Drive the development and implementation of long-term strategies for Digital Health adoption in India.
• Coordinate large-scale initiatives, such as supporting the national roll-out of ABDM and NABH s Digital Health programs.
• Collaborate with academic and healthcare partners to develop the outline of cutting-edge Digital Health solutions, including oncology, diabetology, and other specialized areas.
• Establish metrics to assess the impact and effectiveness of Digital Health programs.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A professional with a minimum of 8-10 years of overall experience, of which at least 4 years are preferably in a managerial role in healthcare/ digital health.
• Motivated to work in the development sector with a not-for-profit organization.
• Experience working on chronic disease management projects is preferred.
• Masters degree in public health, hospital administration, healthcare management, business administration, or a related field preferred.

Skills and Attributes:

• Demonstrated experience in project management or related roles, preferably in healthcare, Digital Health tools and technologies, or healthcare-focused nonprofit organizations.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience in crafting detailed reports, presentations, and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Preferred - Familiarity with technologies relevant to digital health, such as HIS/EMR solutions, telemedicine, etc.
