Technical sales marketing

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead sales and marketing initiatives in the packaging industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to promote packaging solutions to new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth in the packaging sector
• Identify and target new business opportunities and key accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Lead product presentations and negotiations with potential clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored packaging solutions to clients
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities
• Manage sales pipeline, track leads, and provide regular updates on sales performance
• Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns

Qualifications:

• 4-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the packaging industry
• Strong understanding of packaging products, solutions, and industry trends
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
