Account Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Account Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, handling financial transactions, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the company. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain client accounts and financial records
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
• Monitor accounts for discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets
• Handle client queries related to accounts and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate billing and payments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
