Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our Warehouse Department. The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering jewelry-specific data received from vendors into our computer system.

Responsibilities:

• Enter product-specific data received from vendors.
• Confirm the physical product designs received with the invoice from vendors.
• Verify the accuracy of the product-related data received from vendors and enter the purchase order into the system/software.
• Take basic photos of the products and enter them with the accurate product details into the system.
• Maintain accurate records of all product-related data entered into the system.
• Enter the inventory of goods into the software by making the purchase entry after verifying the design and MRP details.

Candidate Profile:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Quick learner.
