The Finance Controller is responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing accurate financial insights to support executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Develop budgets, monitor variances, and provide recommendations.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Establish internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.
• Manage external audits and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee cash flow management and optimize working capital.
• Ensure tax compliance, oversee return filings, and develop tax strategies.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Manage financial software, ERP systems, and data accuracy.
• Stay updated on financial regulations and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CMA is a plus.
• 7-10 years of finance experience with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in accounting principles, taxation, internal controls, and audits.
• Strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
