Key Responsibilities:
Based on your selected department, your role will include:

E-commerce:

• Assist in managing online platforms and optimizing product listings.
• Analyze website traffic and sales performance metrics.
• Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Brand:

• Support brand strategy and help maintain brand consistency across channels.
• Assist in the execution of brand campaigns and promotions.
• Research trends to enhance brand storytelling and positioning.

Marketing:

• Help plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Conduct customer and market research to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate on social media management and content creation.

HR:

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
• Assist with training programs and HR documentation.
• Help implement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.

Creative:

• Contribute to the design of graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate on photoshoots and styling for product campaigns.
• Assist in brainstorming and executing creative content ideas for social media.

What Were Looking For:

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s/Master’s program (fields related to the chosen department, e.g., Marketing, Design, HR).
• Passion for fashion, retail, and jewellery.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in department-specific tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite for Creative, Analytics tools for Marketing).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
