What you will do

Project/Program Management

• Take ownership of all commercial delivery of services from a project administration and director perspective across numerous concurrent projects

• Capable of overseeing multiple concurrent projects and modifying management approaches depending on project size and duration

• Projects may range from a single individual for 2-3 weeks to 6-months engagements of multi-person teams

• Execute and enforce Project reporting and milestone tracking

• Work closely with the team to manage handover from sales to delivery team

• Manages scope and mitigates risk across projects

Practice Accounting

• Take ownership of margin and revenue targets for projects

• Timely billing, timesheet approval

• Timesheet and expenses reconciliation

• Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensures accurate invoicing, and monitor receivables for all projects under his/her direction.

• Manages to and achieves revenue goals set for projects

• Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization across projects

• Sets expectations upward regarding revenue and profitability projection.
