Purpose : To Lead Finance Department

Age : 45 Years to 55

Experience : Minimum 20 Years

Work Location : Chennai (Guindy), Chengalpattu (Maraimalai Nagar)

Salary Package : Annual CTC - Based on interview Candidate in and around Chennai City (Guindy), Chengalpattu, (Maraimalai Nagar) & Tambaram.

General Conditions :

(01) Travel Preference: Candidates must be willing to travel from Chennai (Guindy Office to Chengalpattu MM Nagar Factory) Weekly Twice vice versa.

(02) Immediate joiners preferable.

(03) All Positions are Permanent with 1 Yr Probationary Period.

(04) Language Preference : Good Command over English is a must. Good command over Spoken Hindi is preferable

Roles and Responsibilities:

01) Thorough Knowledge in Tally Latest Version & MS - Office is "A" Must.

02) Journal Entries in Tally, Scrutiny of Ledgers & Rectification of Errors, Monthly provision entries in to Tally.

03) Good Knowledge in GST & TDS (Monthly filling of GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B & TDS Quarterly returns filling) .

04) Preparation of P & L and Balance Sheet.

05) Inventory Management (Raw Materials, WIP, Scrap & Finished Goods) and Physical Stock Verification (Quarterly & Yearly).

06) Salary & Wage Administration, EPF & ESI Preparation, Bonus Working and Employees Full & Final Settlement.

07) Stock Statements (Compilation & Submission to Bank), Licensing work with a Bank for OD limit and Term Loan Processing, CC Limits Renewals.

08) Coordinating with Internal & External Auditors for Account Finalization.

09) MIS - Daily, Weekly, Quarterly and Annual.
