Senior Manager - Accounts & Finance

Key responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare and review comprehensive financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements) to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (GAAP).

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor financial performance against budget, and provide forecasts for future financial trends.
• Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of accountants, assigning tasks, providing training, and evaluating performance.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement, providing insights to key stakeholders.
• Internal Controls: Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant accounting regulations and tax laws.
• Auditing: Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
• Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic planning initiatives by providing financial input and analysis.
• Cost Management: Monitor and manage expenses to optimize profitability.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial information effectively to senior management, board members, and other stakeholders.
