UI UX and Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX and Graphics Designer with expertise in designing intuitive user experiences and visually compelling graphics. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create exceptional digital designs and a deep understanding of design principles. Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the clients product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure cohesive and impactful designs.
• Create and edit high-quality video content using Adobe After Effects to complement design projects.
• Design visually compelling graphics for marketing campaigns, branding, and other creative projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
• Expertise in standard UX and graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Adobe Premiere, Figma, and Canva. Basic HTML5 skills are a plus.
• Strong video editing skills, particularly with Adobe After Effects.
• Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design user experiences that align with their vision.
• Extensive experience using UX design best practices to create mobile-first and responsive designs.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD), including user research, user testing, A/B testing, prototyping, and usability/accessibility principles.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design ideas and solutions effectively to teams and clients.
• A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and translate abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
• Enthusiasm for staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
• Passionate about resolving user pain points through innovative design solutions.
• Open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism to refine and improve designs.
