Job Title: Export Manager Rice Mill

We are seeking an experienced Export Manager to oversee all aspects of the export process for our premium rice products. In this role, you will manage key responsibilities such as documentation, customs clearance, and logistics, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will play a crucial role in identifying new export opportunities through market research and tracking emerging trends in the global rice market.

Your role will involve ensuring compliance with export regulations while navigating international trade barriers and restrictions. You will work closely with production, procurement, and quality assurance teams to ensure our rice products meet the highest export standards.

A key part of your responsibilities will be building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners, while negotiating pricing, contracts, and terms to maximize revenue and profit margins. Additionally, you will continuously monitor and analyze export performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

You will collaborate with shipping and freight forwarding companies to optimize transportation, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of rice products. Resolving export-related issues and managing customer complaints will be crucial to maintaining high customer satisfaction.

You will also stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics to keep the company ahead of the curve. Representing the company at trade shows and industry events will allow you to expand our export network and promote our rice products globally.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in export management, preferably within the agri-food or spice industry.
• Demonstrated understanding of export regulations, trade compliance, and documentation requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of international supply chain management and logistics processes.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong international business relationships.
• Proficiency in managing export documentation, contracts, and financial transactions.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective export plans and initiatives.
• Solid understanding of international trade finance, currency exchange, and payment terms.
• Experience overseeing export operations, including shipping, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in the context of export management.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Proficiency in using export management software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
• Proficient in using Tally for managing financial transactions and export-related processes.
