Notice Period- Immediate to 30 Days.

Background- Wind Projects

QUALIFICATION

➢ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Diploma.

➢ Proven experience in managing tender processes for solar, wind & hybrid projects.

➢ Strong knowledge of solar, wind energy technologies and market trends.

➢ Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

➢ Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

➢ Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

➢ Familiarity with legal and regulatory aspects of land.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Govt. & PVT Land acquisition for the development of wind farm & solar project
  
• Application preparation & processing for. Private land & govt waste land in respective Dept. Collector and Collector office for wind & solar farm project.
  
• Maintaining Relation with Local Public for Smoothen Project work.
  
• Prepare and Execute Lease Deed, Sub-Lease Deed, Sales Deed, Leave and License Agreement &Other Contract deed documents.
  
• Prepare legal documents and present in front of registrar for registration purpose.
  
• MIS reporting & documentation work for the project.
  
• Negotiation with land owner for private land purchase used for ROW, WTG installation.
  
• Application preparation & processing for DILR measurements per collector order for getting govt waste land for development of wind farm project.
  
• Getting NOC's from DIC, DHO, R&B, DTP required for clearance of files.
  
• Processing for Bonafied Industrial Purpose, for public / private land purchase for wind farm in collector office & in respective office.
  
• Processing for Non Agriculture Purpose, for public /private land purchase for wind farm in collector office, Dy.Collector Office & respective Office.
  
• Getting wind farm layout plan approved from Town planning office.
  
• Coordination with accounts for govt. payment & taxes.
