MES Executive (Manufacturing Execution System)

We are looking for young, intelligent, dynamic, energetic & highly motivated person believing in long term professional relation for the post of MES Executive (Manufacturing Execution System) based at Dahej, Dist: Bharuch, Gujarat.

Candidate Profile: -

• The incumbent should be M.Sc. Chemistry from reputed university/Institute with good exposures in MES function.
• He should have 3-5 years post qualification working experience in Reputed & well-known Chemicals/Epoxy Resins manufacturing plant to handle MES function independently.
• Exposure & Basic knowledge about RM & FG stock & stores accounting with good knowledge to work on ERP/SAP, SCADA etc. for smooth functioning of systems.
• Basic knowledge about production process, Machine interfaces & real time data collection technology will have added advantage.

Job Profile: -

1. MES System Management:

• Administer, maintain & troubleshoot the MES to ensure it run efficiently.
• Configure & set up the MES for different production lines and ensure all data points are correctly defined & mapped.
• Ensure the system is functioning smoothly & integrate with other enterprise systems (ERP, SCADA etc.)

1. Production Monitoring & Support:

• Monitoring real-time production data and system alerts to ensure the system captures all relevant data for each production stage.
• Identify system bottleneck or issues that could impact production efficiency and escalate them as needed.
• Provide end-user support for operators and production staffing the use of the MES.
• Coordinate & Coordinate with Sales & Marketing Team for production planning, Procurement Team for arranging required RM & other inputs for manufacturing the products, Warehouse & Stores team to ensure availability of required products to dispatch as per the market demand & required Raw materials for manufacturing the products.
