Mis Executive

We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive to manage and streamline our management information systems and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Advanced Excel, a solid understanding of financial statements, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• MIS Reporting: Generate and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Financial Management: Prepare P&L, Balance Sheets, and assist in books closing and financial statements finalization.
• Data Analysis: Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Develop and improve processes for reporting and data collection.
• Team Leadership: Assist in managing and mentoring junior staff, ensuring high-quality output.
• Communication: Liaise with various departments and management to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Required Skills:

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of financial statements preparation, including P&L and Balance Sheets.
• MIS Reporting experience, particularly in the context of financial data and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Semi-Qualified CA or Qualified CA (preferred).
• Experience in finalizing financial statements and understanding of accounting principles.
