Manager/Deputy Manger

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and adaptable candidate to provide high-level support to our Chairman and Managing Director (CMD). This role is critical in ensuring the efficient management of the CMDs office and facilitating seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional organizational, communication, and strategic skills, coupled with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support:
• Manage the CMDs calendar, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence.
• Prioritize tasks to enhance productivity and ensure efficient time management
• Communication Liaison:
• Act as the primary point of contact for the CMD.
• Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth and timely information flow.
• Strategic Support:
• Conduct research, prepare reports, and provide insights to aid the CMD in decision-making.
• Assist in strategic planning and execution.
• Confidentiality and Discretion:
• Handle sensitive information and documents with the highest level of confidentiality.
• Maintain discretion in all interactions and responsibilities.
• Project Coordination:
• Manage and coordinate special projects or initiatives as directed by the CMD.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.
