Billing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage billing processes for pharmaceutical products, including generating sales orders, invoices, and dispatch documents.
• Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Prepare e-way bills and other relevant documentation for shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations regarding billing and logistics.
• Managing Stores
• Manage all dispatch
• Coordinate with vendors, Sales Team & customers as and when needed
