As a Sr. Marketing Manager, you will spearhead strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract potential clients, and drive sales for our Farmland and real estate offerings. This role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing, excellent leadership skills, and an in-depth understanding of the real estate industry

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 5+ years of proven expertise in strategy and marketing within Managed Farmland and Real Estate sector

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Managed farmland and Real estate market
• Should be strong in setting up new business opportunities
• Should possess excellent Communication, presentation, team-building, networking, price negotiation, collaboration and have a positive, upbeat attitude
• Understand client's needs and propose the project that suit them best
• Results-driven professional with a passion for delivering measurable outcomes
• Stay updated on real estate industry trends

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored for the Farmland and real estate sector
• Connecting to live leads and convert them into potential customers
• Responsible for connecting to leads and generating sales with existing customers Leads, Clients and Customers
• Communicate the target audience, build and develop customer relationships
• Support the Marketing team with impactful pitch materials and review presentations
• Utilize market insights to craft campaigns that convert potential clients into loyal customers
