Job Description
- Responsible for strategically managing inbound & outbound logistics for KSB Ltd & all plants and all warehouses PAN INDIA.
- Sound Understanding of logistics requirements for each function / department & consolidate for optimization.
- Understand the distribution network for C & F.
- Send RFQ s, cost comparison, commercial negotiations, cost optimization & presentations to IPC / CIPC as applicable.
- Draft & Vet contracts of transporters, C&F agents, forwarders etc.
- Conduct Digitalisation drive activities like GPS tracking, consignment tracking etc.
- Liaison for Insurance co-ordination and damage control.
- Prepare SOP s related to logistics PAN India with Legasis team for system related issues.
- Responsible for quality of Services provided by the Transport companies.
Any Graduate with 7+ years of relevant experience in logistics in PAN India operated company.
