Job Location: Khandala MIDC, Phase-II, Village Kesurdi, Tal.- Khandala, Dist.- Satara, Maharashtra.

Formal education: BE - Mechanical / Industrial Engineering

Professional experience: 12 to 15 years

Role & responsibilities:

• Execute Process Planning and standard time calculation (by time study/ estimation/ MOST) for manual and machining operations.
• Analyze MIS and initiate Process improvement.
• Analyze orders status in APS for on time delivery improvement.
• Prepare process routings for new material & aggregates as per timeline.
• Responsible for Layout development for Lean mfg. Multi-tasking and skill elimination.
• Prepare marginal analysis and capacity calculation for plant.
• Identify Waste & eliminate in existing process.
• Cost reduction program in sub-contracting and logistic service.
• Prepare Standard work instruction and process for all product.
• Responsible for selection of new equipment for required process.

• Knowledge of Tool-Engineering, 
• Process Planning, Time Study & Time Estimation, knowledge of work Study
• Knowledge & Hands on experience of SAP-PP module & MS Office
• Knowledge of MOST Technique  
• Knowledge of Auto CAD.

• Knowledge of manufacturing process for engineering industry
• Knowledge of APS system
