Area Sales Representative

Role & responsibilities :

1. Generating leads.

2. Following leads for release of firm enquiries.

3. Participating in building segment events. Organizing stalls etc.

4. Keeping record of all the leads.

5. Development and support for network.

6. Looking for prospective channel partners.

7. Developing relations at ground level (local influencers).

8. Providing necessary feedback regarding competition activities, to reporting manager

9. Help in local branding, like shop boards, distribution of complimentary items.

10. Helping branch service engineer in resolving service disputes / claims.

Job Purpose :

ASR is required for the doing the ground work in CBS & WW segment. Shall be visiting all the big and small builders / contractors / consultants/ township planners / architects /government departments on daily basis for generating the leads. Distributing the brochures /product information documents to the prospective buyers. Keeping records of leads and sharing it with branch office. Shall be covering all major cities like Lucknow /Kanpur /Allahabad / Varanasi / Gorakhpur. Sales Budget Rs 17.5 mio.
