Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Kryzen Biotech, located in Pune. The
Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans,
building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Other
day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and
collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
● Sales Presentations:
○ Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos.
○ Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to
clients.
○ Overcome objections and professionally address client concerns. ● Customer Relationship Management:
○ Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and
customer satisfaction.
○ Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries, and resolving
issues promptly.
○ Regularly follow up with existing clients to ensure product satisfaction and
identify additional sales opportunities.
● Sales Reporting and Documentation:
○ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress
toward targets in the CRM system.
○ Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for management review. ● Achieving Sales Targets:
○ Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
○ Track and report on sales performance, ensuring goals are achieved and
identifying areas for improvement.
● Handling Customer Feedback:
○ Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products, services, and
overall customer experience.
○ Address any concerns raised by clients and ensure timely resolution.
Location: Wakad, Pune
(The position is full-time in Pune, Candidates from different cities will have to relocate.)
