Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated ERP Support Lead and Implementation
Executive to join our team, with a particular focus on supporting and optimizing ERP systems related
to HR and Payroll modules.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and enhancement of ERP solutions, troubleshooting issues, and providing support to end-users across the organization. The ERP Support Lead will also collaborate with functional teams to deliver ERP solutions that meet business needs.

Roles and Responsibilites:
- Must have a Previous Experience in Retail ERP Project Implementation at Clients Site
- Experience in Project Migration
- Experience in Clients Requirement Gathering
- Communicating the Client Requirements to Development Team
- Training Clients on Product at UAT Phase
- Facilitating Clients to GO live Soon on Product
- Assisting Clients During GO live Support
- Excellent Skill in MS Excel
- Good Communication Skills in English & Tamil
- Minimum Experience of 2 to 3 years
- Candidate with Previous Experience in Retail Software or any ERP / HRMS is

Roles and Responsibilities :
ERP Support & Maintenance :
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the HR and Payroll modules within the ERP system.
- Provide support to end-users for troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues.
- Work closely with HR and Payroll teams to ensure smooth ERP system performance and integration with other business systems.
- Document, track, and manage ERP incidents, problems, and requests through the support process.
System Optimization & Configuration :
- Assist in the configuration and enhancement of ERP HR and Payroll functionalities based on business requirements.
- Proactively identify and resolve system performance issues or inefficiencies within HR and Payroll modules.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to suggest process improvements within the ERP system.
End-User Training & Support :
- Conduct user training for HR and Payroll teams to ensure effective use of the ERP system.
- Develop and maintain user guides and documentation to assist end-users.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HR and Payroll ERP users.
Project Management :
- Lead or participate in ERP-related projects, including new system implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and key project milestones for ERP HR/Payroll system improvements or deployments.
- Coordinate with external ERP vendors and consultants as necessary for system enhancements or issues.
Compliance & Security :
- Ensure the ERP HR and Payroll modules are compliant with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Work with the IT and security teams to ensure the security and integrity of sensitive HR and payroll data.
Reporting & Analytics :
- Generate and analyze reports from the ERP system to assist HR and Payroll teams with decision-making.
- Develop custom reports as required by internal teams for auditing and regulatory compliance.
Preferred Experience :
- Experience supporting global ERP implementations and system integrations.
- Knowledge of data migration strategies in ERP implementations.
- Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools integrated with ERP.
